Join Air Apps as a Data Analyst to drive business insights and optimize product performance for an app with over 100 million downloads. You will create dashboards, define KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience through data-driven decisions.
This position is based in the Lisbon office, where you will work closely with colleagues in person. The company supports relocation efforts for candidates moving to Portugal.
What you'll do
- Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify trends
- Build interactive dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Clean and structure large datasets for accuracy
- Define and track KPIs for marketing and product teams
- Use SQL, Python, or R to extract and manipulate data
- Conduct A/B testing to improve features and engagement
- Identify bottlenecks in user journeys and customer funnels
- Present clear findings to stakeholders and leadership
What you'll need
- 3+ years in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulation
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Strong analytical skills using Python or R
- Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
