You will analyze large datasets to identify trends, optimize product performance, and support cross-functional teams with actionable reports. Working from the Lisbon office, you will define KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and present findings to leadership to enhance user experience.
What you'll do
- Analyze user behavior and key business metrics to spot trends
- Build interactive dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Clean and structure large datasets for accuracy and usability
- Define and track KPIs for marketing and product teams
- Use SQL, Python, or R to extract and manipulate data
- Conduct A/B testing to improve features and engagement
- Identify bottlenecks in user journeys and customer funnels
- Present clear data insights to stakeholders and leadership
What you'll need
- 3+ years in data analysis, BI, or related fields
- Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulation
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Data Studio
- Strong analytical skills using Python or R
- Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical staff
- Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
