You will analyze large datasets to identify trends, optimize product performance, and support decision-making across marketing and product teams. Working from the Lisbon office, you will build dashboards and conduct A/B tests to enhance user engagement and experience.
What you'll do
- Analyze user behavior and key business metrics to spot trends
- Build interactive dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Clean and structure large datasets for accuracy and usability
- Define and track KPIs for product and marketing performance
- Use SQL, Python, or R to extract and manipulate data
- Conduct A/B testing to improve features and engagement
- Present clear findings to stakeholders and leadership teams
What you'll need
- At least three years in data analysis or business intelligence
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulation
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
- Analytical skills using Python or R for data analysis
- Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis methods
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake
