Join Virta Health’s Commercial Analytics team to help measure and communicate the value of reversing metabolic disease. You will partner with Client Success, Finance, and Product teams to ensure accurate outcome measurement and clear communication to clients.
This hands-on role focuses on executing recurring reporting workflows while improving underlying systems. You will translate commercial needs into analytics solutions, strengthen measurement frameworks, and use data to inform strategy and strengthen client relationships.
What you'll do
- Execute recurring and ad hoc analyses for client reporting and performance guarantees
- Apply measurement frameworks to calculate, validate, and communicate client outcomes
- Build dashboards that surface trends and inform commercial decision-making
- Translate complex business questions into clear analytical approaches and narratives
- Improve metric definitions, documentation, and data quality for scalability
- Use automation and AI to enhance the speed and reliability of workflows
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of experience in business analyst, analytics, or data-focused roles
- Strong SQL skills for data exploration and rigorous, audit-ready outputs
- Ability to define metrics clearly and ensure consistency via documentation
- Systems-oriented mindset with a track record of automating repeatable processes
- Strong communication skills for translating data for internal and external audiences
Nice to have
- Experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Looker
- Background in supporting client-facing analytics or value reporting
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools like dbt and version-controlled workflows
