As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will manage complex data sources, automate reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce operational costs and payment failures.
What you'll do
- Lead data collection and integration projects for payments
- Develop and maintain performance reports for analytics
- Monitor KPIs such as transaction volumes and payment success
- Identify opportunities to optimize payment routing and costs
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure data accuracy
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions
What you'll need
- 1-3 years in business analytics or related financial sectors
- Advanced SQL skills with desire to improve
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in English is required
Nice to have
- Exposure to payments data like PSP or acquiring systems
- Working knowledge of the payments stack
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau or Databricks
- Experience with AI-powered scheduled reports
