This Data Analyst position supports decision-makers by providing quantitative and qualitative insights into business performance. You will collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and produce actionable reports for internal stakeholders.
The role requires taking ownership of the user experience across multiple data products and contributing to the design and maintenance of business intelligence tools. You will collaborate with teams to resolve complex data challenges and recommend data-driven operational improvements.
What you'll do

- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence tools
- Identify business data needs for future analytics
- Partner with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations

What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Hands-on experience with PowerBI or Tableau
- Required experience with SQL
- Ability to work on moderate scope problems with varied factors
- Strong collaboration skills for internal and external relationships
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or Fintech companies
- Familiarity with Sigma data visualization tool
- Experience with Python or R
- Exposure to data governance or quality frameworks
- Experience with Claude or AI-powered analytics tools
- Knowledge of Agile or Kanban methodologies
