You will work within the Product organization to support leadership and teams building the buyer experience and reviews platform. Your focus will be on developing data-driven strategies, implementing analytics projects, and creating tools that allow users to access insights directly.
The position requires collaborating across functions to turn complex analysis into actionable recommendations. You will also contribute to data quality, governance, and the development of AI-powered workflows.
What you'll do
- Partner with product leaders to define and drive OKR goals and core metrics
- Lead analytics projects from scoping and instrumentation to delivery
- Design analytics products that provide insights for internal and external users
- Build automation workflows and AI agents for organizational self-service
- Mentor analysts and improve standards for agentic workflows
- Define data quality, documentation, and governance standards
- Conduct exploratory analysis and synthesize findings for decision-making
- Maintain BI infrastructure in Looker and Amplitude including dashboards
- Collaborate with data science and engineering on experimentation requirements
What you'll need
- 4-6 years in product analytics with ownership of core metrics
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for production analysis and automation
- Hands-on experience with LLM tooling, AI agents, or agentic workflows
- Experience mentoring analysts or guiding analytical work
- Strong communication skills for translating analysis to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of owning projects end-to-end in a collaborative setting
- Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
