Join Polymarket, the world's largest prediction market platform, as the founding leader of its Customer Experience data and analytics function. You will transform raw contact data into actionable insights, defining the metrics and roadmap that drive decision-making for CX leadership.
This builder role requires you to establish standards, manage analytics engineers, and partner with central data teams. You will bridge the gap between technical data modeling and executive strategy, ensuring every analysis leads to tangible operational improvements.
What you'll do
- Define and own CX metrics layer including CSAT, handle time, and resolution rates
- Write SQL and build dbt models to diagnose contact spikes and friction points
- Lead and develop the Analytics Engineering team within the CX department
- Partner with central data engineering to build necessary pipelines and infrastructure
- Deliver weekly insight packages with clear recommendations to CX leadership
- Build measurement frameworks for AI agents and automation in customer support
- Apply forecasting models to staffing, contact drivers, and AI deflection rates
What you'll need
- 6+ years in analytics or data science with 2+ years leading a team
- Expert level SQL skills and hands-on experience with dbt
- Fluency in modern BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, or Hex
- Proven track record of building analytics functions or data models from scratch
- Experience with customer support data systems and relevant CX metrics
- Strong ability to translate complex analysis into executive recommendations
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams on pipeline infrastructure
Nice to have
- Experience with NLP or LLM-based approaches for ticket classification
- Background in fintech, crypto, or trading platforms
