The role requires deep knowledge of routing protocols and firewall configurations to ensure network performance, efficiency, and security. You will also handle virtual machine deployment and system administration tasks.
What you'll do
- Oversee and troubleshoot network activity for enterprise data networks
- Collaborate with engineers to support customer project requests
- Provide high-level technical expertise for LAN and WAN systems
- Recommend improvements for network performance and security
- Manage Cisco router and switch configurations
- Build and deploy new virtual machines using VMware
What you'll need
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is mandatory
- Over 5 years of systems and network administration experience
- Deep understanding of EIGRP, BGP, SD-WAN, and MPLS protocols
- Strong experience with WAN, LAN, and Firewalls
- Proficiency in Cisco router and switch configuration
- Well-versed in both Linux and Windows operating systems
- Previous experience building and deploying VMware virtual machines
