What you'll do
- Collect data from databases, CSV files, and APIs using ETL tools
- Clean, normalize, and validate data to ensure quality and consistency
- Design and build automated data pipelines with Matillion and SQLMesh
- Integrate external API data to enrich datasets for analysis
- Contribute to architecture design for handling large data volumes
What you'll need
- Degree in Engineering, Actuarial Science, Applied Math, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python with focus on efficient code
- Advanced knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Polars, and SQL
- Experience managing large-scale data and optimizing queries in BigQuery
- Proficiency with ETL tools like Matillion and SQLMesh
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with Datawarehouse, datalake, and datavault concepts
- Experience with Airflow, git, and data observability practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
