You will analyze large datasets to drive business insights and optimize product performance for the AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner. Working from the Lisbon office, you will create reports and visualizations that help leadership and product teams make informed decisions.
What you'll do
- Analyze user behavior and key business metrics to spot trends
- Build interactive dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Collect and clean large datasets to ensure data accuracy
- Define and track KPIs for marketing and product teams
- Use SQL, Python, or R to extract and manipulate data
- Conduct A/B testing to improve user engagement
- Present clear findings to stakeholders and leadership
What you'll need
- 3+ years in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulation
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
- Strong analytical skills using Python or R
- Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Familiarity with BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical teams
