This position requires working from the Lisbon office, where you will collaborate in person with product, engineering, and marketing teams. The company supports relocation efforts for candidates moving to Portugal.
What you'll do
- Analyze user behavior and key business metrics to spot trends
- Build interactive dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Collect, clean, and structure large datasets for accuracy
- Define and track KPIs for marketing and product performance
- Use SQL, Python, or R to extract and manipulate data
- Conduct A/B testing to improve features and engagement
- Identify bottlenecks in user journeys and customer funnels
- Present clear findings to stakeholders and leadership
What you'll need
- 3+ years in data analysis, BI, or related field
- Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulation
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
- Strong analytical skills using Python or R
- Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical staff
- Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
