You will analyze user behavior and business metrics to drive insights and improve the user experience of Air Apps' products. Working from the Lisbon office, you will create dashboards, track KPIs, and present findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
What you'll do
- Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify trends
- Build interactive dashboards using visualization tools
- Collect, clean, and structure large datasets for accuracy
- Define and track KPIs for marketing and product teams
- Use SQL, Python, or R to extract and manipulate data
- Conduct A/B testing to improve features and engagement
- Identify bottlenecks in user journeys and customer funnels
- Present clear findings to leadership and stakeholders
What you'll need
- 3+ years in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulation
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
- Strong analytical skills using Python or R
- Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical staff
- Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
