Join Air Apps as a Data Analyst to analyze user behavior and product metrics, turning complex datasets into actionable insights. You will create dashboards and reports that help leadership and product teams make informed decisions to improve user experience.
Based in the Lisbon office, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and marketers in a fast-paced environment. The company supports relocation efforts for candidates moving to Portugal.
What you'll do
- Analyze user behavior and key business metrics to spot trends
- Build interactive dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Collect, clean, and structure large datasets for accuracy
- Define and track KPIs for marketing and product performance
- Use SQL, Python, or R to extract and manipulate data
- Conduct A/B testing to improve features and engagement
- Identify bottlenecks in user journeys and customer funnels
- Present clear findings to stakeholders and leadership teams
What you'll need
- 3+ years in data analysis, BI, or related fields
- Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulation
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Data Studio
- Strong analytical skills using Python or R
- Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical staff
- Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
