In this position, you will collaborate with software engineering, data science, and product management teams. Your work will focus on optimizing growth, strategy, and user experience through robust data infrastructure and insightful analytics.
What you'll do
- Conceptualize and own data architecture for large-scale projects
- Create frameworks to improve logging data efficacy
- Collaborate with engineers and PMs to understand data needs
- Define and manage Service Level Agreements for data sets
- Implement security models based on privacy requirements
- Design and launch sophisticated data models and visualizations
- Solve data integration problems using optimal ETL patterns
- Optimize pipelines, dashboards, and systems for development
- Influence cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities
- Mentor team members through actionable feedback
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience working primarily with data
- 4+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, and data modeling
- Proficiency in at least one programming language like Python
- Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows
- Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and learning
Nice to have
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in a STEM field
- Experience with C++, C#, or Scala
