We are looking for a Senior Data Governance & Quality Engineer to join a data team dedicated to operating governance and quality platforms at an enterprise level. You will work in cloud and multi-cloud settings, defining rules and standards that enable data usage for analytics, reporting, and Artificial Intelligence.
What you'll do
- Implement and maintain the Data Governance platform using Informatica CDGC and AXON.
- Configure data quality rules, policies, and stewardship workflows in CDQ/IDQ.
- Integrate the data catalog with various sources including databases, ERP, CRM, and Databricks.
- Manage Databricks Lakehouse governance by aligning Unity Catalog lineage with CDGC.
- Collaborate with data owners and business stakeholders to define quality standards.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability, lineage, and regulatory compliance of data assets.
- Use CLAIRE to support rule definition and metadata classification.
What you'll need
- 7 to 12 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or similar roles.
- Proven hands-on experience in enterprise implementations of governance and quality.
- Mastery of Informatica IDMC: CDGC, CDQ/IDQ, and AXON is mandatory.
- Experience with Databricks Unity Catalog for cataloging, lineage, and classification.
- Experience integrating governance tools with privacy solutions like OneTrust.
- Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as DAMA-DMBOK and GDPR.
- Advanced English (B2/C1) required for interaction with international teams.
- Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (ICP) certification is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Purview/Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or AWS Glue.
- Knowledge of Collibra and/or Monte Carlo.
- Experience in MDM SaaS or Reference 360.
- Experience with CLAIRE Agents for lineage and stewardship.
- Certifications in CDMP (DAMA), Databricks, or Azure Data Engineer (DP-203).
