What you'll do
- Partner with product and engineering to define metrics and run experiments
- Transform ambiguous questions into analysis and actionable insights
- Collaborate on data architecture, foundations, and long-term vision
- Evolve data models, pipelines, instrumentation, and tooling
- Decide whether to build, buy, or use lightweight solutions for data problems
- Enhance the internal data agent for broader company accessibility
- Enable teams to become more autonomous in their data usage
What you'll need
- Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and analytics
- Comfortable evaluating tools and evolving modern data environments
- Product mindset with curiosity about user behavior and opportunities
- Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and determine next steps
- Effective collaboration across product, engineering, and leadership teams
- Focus on measurable impact rather than just shipping features
