You will design and maintain automation workflows while managing key operational processes such as admissions, education, and billing. Your work ensures data accuracy across the organization and improves the experience for fellows in the training program.
This position requires a blend of technical skills in process automation and strategic operational management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build BI dashboards and sync data using lightweight database solutions.
What you'll do
- Support admissions, career, placement, and billing teams with data needs
- Design and maintain automation workflows using Zapier and APIs
- Build and maintain BI dashboards in Looker Studio or Google Sheets
- Structure and sync data across internal processes using Supabase
- Ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability
What you'll need
- Strong experience with Zapier, Hubspot, Google Sheets, and AppScripts
- Proficiency with Looker Studio or similar BI dashboarding tools
- Solid understanding of databases and basic SQL
- Comfortable working with Airtable, Notion, and external APIs
- Proven background in workflow automation and operations management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational abilities
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, n8n, or Lovable
- Background in finance, billing, or HR processes
- Previous experience in edtech, bootcamps, or online learning
