What you'll do
- Embed within a core business unit such as Growth, Product, AI, or Partnerships.
- Define key business questions and hypotheses before initiating data analysis.
- Build reports, design experiments, and surface insights to move key metrics.
- Present recommendations to leadership and drive decision-making processes.
- Own the analytical function for your assigned domain end-to-end.
What you'll need
- Two or more years of experience in consulting, banking, or high-growth tech.
- Strong ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency with SQL or Python for analytical tasks.
- Track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Clear communication skills to influence stakeholders and leadership.
