You will help customers leverage the Epistemix platform by developing data integration plans, simulation models, and visualizations. Your work focuses on ensuring accuracy for healthcare use cases and accelerating time to value for clients.
The team builds tools that allow leaders to stress-test strategies across populations before real-world deployment. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to refine offerings and document measurable impact.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with customers to define data integration and modeling goals
- Develop and validate simulation models for healthcare scenarios
- Guide proposals on project feasibility and potential impact
- Support customer onboarding to ensure early platform success
- Provide informal troubleshooting and tips to user groups
- Create models and visualizations for premium support clients
- Review customer outcomes to document and improve impact
- Feedback product and sales teams on customer needs
What you'll need
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field like Data Science or Epidemiology
- 2-3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Analyst
- Strong foundation in machine learning and predictive analytics
- Proficiency in Python and associated data science libraries
- Understanding of key healthcare industry concepts
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or GIS tools
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice to have
- Prior broad healthcare industry experience
- Expertise in SQL or NoSQL databases
- Experience working with companies of different sizes
