You will partner with operations, commercial, and technology teams to build statistical models that support workforce planning, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization. The role requires owning the full analytics process, from data preparation to communicating actionable insights to stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Translate business challenges into analytical approaches and technical solutions
- Develop statistical and machine learning models for demand and staffing forecasts
- Build time series models to support operational and commercial decision-making
- Prepare, clean, and transform raw data into structured datasets for analysis
- Identify new data sources to improve model performance and predictive accuracy
- Translate model outputs into operational insights and measurable business KPIs
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate results to business stakeholders
- Integrate analytical outputs into operational workflows and decision processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute data initiatives
What you'll need
- 1-3 years of experience in data science, ML, or advanced analytics
- Undergraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, CS, or Engineering
- Experience applying statistical modeling to real-world business problems
- Strong programming skills in Python, including Pandas and scikit-learn
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with time series forecasting and machine learning models
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong collaboration skills for independent and team-based work
