You will design rigorous measurement solutions that uncover true media impact, combining causal inference, statistical modeling, and data engineering to drive investment decisions across digital and offline channels.
What you'll do
- Design and analyze randomized tests like holdouts and geo-tests to measure ad lift.
- Build causal models and marketing mix models for multi-channel attribution.
- Develop scalable end-to-end pipelines for ad exposure and conversion data.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure datasets are clean and privacy-compliant.
- Own feature engineering, model training, and deployment in cloud environments.
- Create dashboards and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Implement automated reporting and CI/CD for model monitoring.
What you'll need
- 3+ years experience building statistical or ML models in ad-tech or analytics.
- Strong fundamentals in statistics, causal inference, and experimental design.
- Proficient in Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with event-level ad data, DSP logs, or retail integration.
- Hands-on work with cloud warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical results for non-experts.
Nice to have
- Experience with incrementality platforms or proprietary lift frameworks.
- Familiarity with Bayesian marketing mix modeling and time-series analysis.
- Knowledge of identity resolution and privacy-preserving measurement concepts.
- Experience deploying models to production using Docker and MLOps patterns.
- Background in cross-channel measurement and agency workflows.
- Ability to mentor junior data scientists and guide best practices.
