Join the Sales Data team at Wealthsimple, where you will support Commercial stakeholders through advanced data modeling and machine learning. You will act as a decision science expert, shaping strategies for Financial Planners, Business Development, and the AI Voice Agent program.
Your work will directly impact key business metrics by solving real-world sales problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Revenue Operations to deliver reliable data solutions.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain accurate, reliable data models
- Define, prototype, implement, and improve ML models
- Design experiments to test sales hypotheses
- Create reports and dashboards for north star metrics
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams
- Mentor teammates and share knowledge
What you'll need
- 5+ years in data or decision science
- Experience as primary DS for a domain
- Excellent SQL and Python skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Understanding of sales practices and client behavior
- Experience with A/B testing and applied statistics
- Knowledge of ML algorithms and production deployment
- Experience mentoring team members
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with dbt
- Hands-on experience with Airflow
- Background in supporting sales teams
