You will lead internal technical initiatives focused on core datasets, shared services, and underlying platforms. The work requires translating complex internal needs into clear requirements while ensuring data quality and system reliability across engineering and analytics teams.
What you'll do
- Own product vision and roadmap for internal data-intensive systems
- Improve quality and usability of internal datasets and platforms
- Partner with engineering and data science to clarify requirements
- Manage prioritization across competing internal technical demands
- Define success metrics like latency, reliability, and completeness
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders at all levels
What you'll need
- 5+ years experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products
- Hands-on work with large datasets in distributed environments
- Strong understanding of data pipelines and data modeling
- Experience driving large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to structure ambiguous requirements and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills for diverse technical audiences
