As a Decision Intelligence Analyst at Rwazi, you serve as the quality control layer for the company's decision engine. You will evaluate system outputs for logical coherence, identify patterns of judgment failure, and design feedback loops to strengthen AI reasoning.
Working with Product and R&D teams, you will define measurable standards for decision quality and train AI frameworks to handle edge cases. Your work ensures the platform generates sound, defensible decisions rather than just raw outputs.
What you'll do
- Review system outputs for logical coherence and reasoning rigor
- Assess signal interpretation accuracy and identify flawed inference pathways
- Create structured examples and edge-case libraries to refine AI performance
- Define measurable criteria and acceptance thresholds for decision-grade output
- Track improvements in reasoning consistency and monitor output quality drift
- Identify systemic reasoning weaknesses and propose adjustments to logic layers
- Partner with Product and R&D to align quality standards with roadmap goals
What you'll need
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning ability
- Experience evaluating AI systems, decision frameworks, or complex models
- Comfort dissecting multi-step reasoning chains and formalizing judgment criteria
- Strong written clarity and structured thinking skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity and handle complex edge cases
- Background in applied AI evaluation, operations research, economics, or logic
