You will advance Sena’s decision capabilities by translating complex business intent into scalable, decision-grade outputs. The role involves defining signal mapping logic, configuration schemas, and evaluation criteria to ensure consistent system behavior.
Working at the intersection of applied reasoning and product design, you will collaborate with AI and Engineering teams to encode decision logic. Your work will directly inform development workflows and handle emerging customer use cases.
What you'll do
- Design and refine decision frameworks for interpreting customer intent
- Define signal mapping logic to decompose business questions
- Establish configuration schemas for data capture requirements
- Create evaluation criteria and quality standards for system outputs
- Formalize recurring patterns and edge cases into reusable logic
- Produce structured artifacts for Product and AI development workflows
- Collaborate with Product, AI, and Engineering to encode decision logic
What you'll need
- Strong systems thinking and ability to formalize complex reasoning
- Experience designing frameworks or structured decision logic
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into explicit structures
- Comfort working in autonomous, fast-moving environments
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge established methods
- Background in applied research or technically rigorous domains
