You will drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions by managing sprint workflows and facilitating agile ceremonies. Acting as a partner to Product Managers and Technical Leads, you ensure clear communication and efficient execution across teams.
Worldly provides impact intelligence data to global brands, helping them transform supply chain sustainability. This position supports that mission by optimizing team performance and removing impediments to development.
What you'll do
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Manage backlog flow and prioritize development tasks
- Liaise between Product Owners and engineering teams
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Analyze metrics to improve delivery efficiency
- Coordinate resources with team leads to balance workload
What you'll need
- Experience as a Delivery Manager or Agile Coach
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills for diverse teams
- Familiarity with agile project management tools
Nice to have
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
