You will manage the end-to-end delivery of grid-scale battery storage, wind, and solar assets onto the KrakenFlex system. Acting as the technical liaison between customers, engineering, and product teams, you ensure successful site design, gateway installation, commissioning, and handover.
The position requires interpreting electrical diagrams and network architectures to translate customer needs into technical solutions. You will identify integration risks, coordinate testing activities, and drive continuous improvement in the onboarding process for distributed energy resources.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end onboarding of BESS, wind, and solar assets from discovery to live service
- Translate requirements between customers, electrical engineers, and product teams
- Interpret electrical single line diagrams and network communications architecture
- Coordinate gateway installation, connectivity, and commissioning activities
- Manage delivery risks and resolve technical blockers across multiple stakeholders
- Review customer documentation including metering, telemetry, and control specs
- Feed recurring integration challenges back to product and engineering teams
What you'll need
- Strong technical background in electrical, control systems, or networking
- Ability to read and interpret Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
- Practical understanding of industrial networking, IP addressing, and VPNs
- Experience delivering technical projects involving physical asset integration
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical issues
- Professional fluency in English; second European language is preferable
- Highly organized approach to managing multiple sites simultaneously
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs, data flows, or cloud software architecture
- Knowledge of industrial protocols like Modbus or OPC UA
- Background in flexible generation, battery storage, or renewables
- Familiarity with commissioning processes and edge devices
- Experience with SaaS implementation or technical product onboarding
