Join LangChain's Professional Services team to help enterprise clients move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents. You will combine software development, platform engineering, and customer-facing skills to architect scalable infrastructure and reliable agent applications.
This position requires deep technical expertise in both infrastructure domains and agent engineering. You will work directly with customers to assess needs, design solutions, and optimize deployments using LangChain's open-source frameworks and platform tools.
What you'll do
- Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments including compute, storage, and networking
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm alongside GitOps practices
- Architect multi-agent systems and implement agent logic using modern frameworks like LangGraph
- Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts through A/B testing
- Lead technical maturity assessments and present recommendations to enterprise customers
- Partner with Engagement Managers and Product teams to align technical solutions with business goals
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect
- 3+ years designing and deploying production infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Helm
- 1+ years of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents
- Strong experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
- Solid Python and/or TypeScript development skills
- Experience conducting technical assessments or infrastructure audits for enterprise clients
Nice to have
- Background as a founder or unusual career path with relevant skillsets
- Experience with vector stores, RAG patterns, and knowledge organization
- Knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
