Join Cognition as a Deployed Engineer to help customers maximize the value of Devin, the first AI software engineer. You will act as a technical expert, leading pre-sales efforts, designing demos, and ensuring successful deployment and activation for engineering teams.
This position requires building deep relationships with client engineering organizations, identifying optimal use cases, and delivering training programs. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and product development by implementing features and advocating for user requirements.
What you'll do
- Own technical aspects of customer lifecycle from deployment to activation
- Design compelling product demos and execute pilot programs
- Identify and delegate appropriate use cases to Devin
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams for smooth integration
- Implement requested features based on direct customer feedback
- Deliver ongoing training and enablement resources for large rollouts
- Advocate for customer needs to influence the product roadmap
What you'll need
- Degree in a STEM field
- Track record of successful enterprise deployments in GTM or FDE roles
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences
- Thrives in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn quickly
Nice to have
- Experience selling highly technical products
- Background as a software engineer
- Previous experience founding a startup
- Comfortable working in high-intensity environments
- Ability to context switch between technical and non-technical problems
