Join the Product Delivery team at Harmonic Security to help enterprises safely scale AI adoption. You will serve as a technical enablement partner, managing complex deployment issues and ensuring smooth customer onboarding for the AIGC platform.
What you'll do
- Onboard customers and provide day-to-day technical support
- Analyze logs and configs to determine root causes of issues
- Escalate complex technical problems to engineering teams
- Maintain internal guides and customer-facing documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve the deployment experience
- Collaborate with Customer Success and QA on product feedback
What you'll need
- Experience deploying enterprise security or endpoint products
- Familiarity with MDM platforms like Intune or Jamf
- Knowledge of SSO, identity configuration, and network setup
- Comfortable working in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
- Strong customer-facing communication and coordination skills
- Ability to document processes and prevent recurring issues
Nice to have
- Basic ability to read or write code
- Background in AI-native startups or security SaaS
- Proactive mindset for automating repetitive tasks
