As a Deployment Strategist at DehazeLabs, you ensure AI deployments succeed in enterprise environments. You lead customers from discovery to production, defining scopes and coordinating with Forward Deployed Engineers and Product teams to align on goals and execution strategies.
This hands-on position requires managing ambiguity and driving complex projects to completion. You will embed with customers to understand their workflows, remove blockers, and monitor deployed agents to drive continuous improvement and identify expansion opportunities.
What you'll do
- Embed with customers to understand processes and identify key problems
- Lead discovery sessions to define workflows and success criteria
- Create clear deployment plans and integration scopes for engineering
- Coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders
- Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers during deployment
- Support production launches and ensure solution adoption
- Monitor deployed agents and drive improvements based on usage
- Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities with clients
What you'll need
- 0-1 year of experience in deployment or technical execution roles
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans
- Comfort with technical concepts like APIs, MCP, and data flows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action
- Interest in deploying AI-powered systems in real environments
Nice to have
- Background in solutions engineering or technical consulting
- Prior hands-on engineering experience
- Experience supporting production software launches
- Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments
