Join the Forward Deployed Engineering team to help enterprises integrate ElevenAgents into their workflows. You will act as a trusted partner, identifying high-impact use cases and guiding customers from prototype to production while feeding insights back to product teams.
What you'll do
- Engage strategic customers to identify pain points in AI-driven workflows
- Manage flagship deals from use case identification to commercial closure
- Embed within customer teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
- Collaborate with engineers to prototype and implement AI agent solutions
- Guide clients on best practices for agent design and orchestration
- Present technical results and proposals to C-suite and engineering audiences
- Provide field insights to research teams to influence product roadmap
- Build and demonstrate ElevenAgents capabilities to new and existing clients
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
- Background in product development, delivery, or change management
- Comfort with enterprise sales cycles and structuring value propositions
- Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with API integrations
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous projects and delivering results
- Technical aptitude with LLMs, tooling, and AI agent frameworks
- Fluency in English and Spanish with cultural understanding of the region
