As a Deployment Strategist Lead, you will act as a co-founder for a new market initiative within ElevenLabs. You will build a team of forward-deployed engineers and secure initial customers by solving complex audio AI challenges. This senior role requires balancing technical implementation with high-level stakeholder management.
What you'll do
- Hire and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers in the region
- Engage C-suite stakeholders to identify critical audio AI needs
- Design bespoke integrations for strategic customer workflows
- Guide customers on best practices for model implementation
- Present technical results and proposals to executive audiences
- Collaborate with Research and Product teams on field insights
- Build and deliver compelling demos of voice AI technology
- Take ownership of end-to-end execution for major partner projects
What you'll need
- Proven experience influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to hire and manage high-performing technical teams
- Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration
- Excellent communication skills for summarizing complex concepts
- Technical aptitude to quickly grasp voice and audio AI models
- Strategic awareness of deal structures and go-to-market motions
- Fluency in English and deep understanding of Indian cultural nuances

- Background in developing partner ecosystems for market growth
