As a Deployment Strategist Lead, you will operate with a co-founder mindset to establish ElevenLabs' presence in a new market. You will hire and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers, working closely with sales leaders to solve complex customer problems using voice and audio AI.
The position requires deep engagement with strategic accounts to identify use cases, design custom integrations, and ensure successful implementation. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, influencing C-suite stakeholders while collaborating with internal research and product teams.
What you'll do
- Hire and lead a regional team of forward-deployed engineers
- Engage C-suite stakeholders to identify critical audio AI needs
- Architect and design bespoke integrations for strategic customers
- Implement voice and audio AI solutions into customer workflows
- Guide customers on best practices for model implementation
- Present technical proposals and results to executive audiences
- Collaborate with Research and Product teams on field insights
- Build and deliver compelling demos of AI technology
- Scope applications in new industries and expand global solutions
- Own end-to-end execution of major partner projects
What you'll need
- Proven experience influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to hire and manage high-performing technical teams
- Basic proficiency in Python for scripting and prototyping
- Understanding of API integration principles
- Excellent communication and complex problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude for voice and audio AI models
- Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives
- Understanding of deal structures and go-to-market motions
