Join ElevenLabs as a Deployment Strategist to help enterprises integrate AI agents into their workflows. You will work closely with customers to identify pain points, structure commercial deals, and ensure successful product adoption. This role bridges the gap between technical implementation and business value, requiring deep engagement with client teams.
What you'll do
- Engage with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
- Manage flagship deals from use case identification to closing commercial terms
- Embed within customer teams to oversee delivery and ensure production readiness
- Collaborate with engineers to implement high-impact AI agent use cases
- Guide customers on best practices for agent design and orchestration
- Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives
- Provide field insights to research teams to influence product roadmap
- Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents to new and existing clients
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Comfort with enterprise sales cycles and structuring value propositions
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven track record of owning and delivering ambiguous projects
- Familiarity with LLMs, tooling, and AI agent frameworks
- Fluency in English and Spanish with cultural understanding of the region
