Join ElevenLabs as a Deployment Strategist to help enterprises integrate AI agents into their workflows. You will work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers and Go to Market teams to solve complex customer problems using the ElevenAgents platform. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, driving adoption, and ensuring successful production deployment.
What you'll do
- Engage strategic customers to identify AI transformation goals and pain points
- Own flagship deals from use case identification to commercial closing
- Embed within customer teams to oversee delivery and outcomes onsite
- Collaborate with engineers to implement high-impact AI agent use cases
- Guide customers on best practices for agent design and orchestration
- Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives
- Feed field insights back to Research teams to shape product roadmap
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents technology
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Comfort with enterprise sales cycles and structuring value propositions
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of owning and delivering ambiguous, complex projects
- Technical aptitude with LLMs, tooling, and AI agent frameworks
- Fluency in English and Swedish required
