Tradeify is a futures trading company combining finance and technology to support traders. As a Design Engineer, you will move from concept to shippable code quickly, using AI for visual direction and production-ready front-end development.
You will work across the website, digital products, and brand assets, bypassing traditional handoffs by prototyping and shipping your own solutions under the guidance of the Head of Design.
What you'll do
- Design and build landing page sections and marketing experiences directly in code
- Create and ship polished product UI for features without traditional handoffs
- Produce brand collateral like presentations and social graphics using AI tools
- Use AI coding assistants to turn concepts into working, responsive front-end code
- Rapidly explore creative directions by generating and iterating with AI
- Partner with senior designers and engineers on complex projects
- Document decisions and keep work organized in code repos and prompt libraries
What you'll need
- Strong portfolio showing shipped work like live sites or prototypes
- Fluency with AI-native creation tools for visuals and front-end code
- Working proficiency in front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS, React)
- Strong visual fundamentals including typography, hierarchy, and layout
- Ability to create polished brand materials using AI generation tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for asynchronous work
- 1-3 years of relevant experience with a focus on shipped output
Nice to have
- Experience with modern frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue, or Webflow
- Track record of building projects largely through AI-assisted workflows
- Experience creating motion graphics, video, or 3D visuals with AI
- Familiarity with conversion-focused web design principles
- Interest in futures trading, financial markets, or fintech
