Join the Experience Design team at OnePay, a fintech platform backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital. You will define modern design-to-code workflows, generating production-ready components directly and eliminating traditional handoff gaps between designers and engineers.

This role requires fluency in both Figma and code, with a focus on shipping high-quality features for iOS, Android, and web. You will use AI coding tools aggressively to maintain velocity and ensure precise implementation of design systems.

What you'll do

What you'll need

  • Fluency in both Figma and code (React Native or React)
  • Active experience using AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code
  • Strong understanding of design tokens and component architecture
  • Experience shipping products on cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both designers and engineers
  • Track record of operating in fluid, fast-moving environments
