You will lead the strategy and execution of Assured’s design system, transforming fragmented patterns into a cohesive foundation. Beyond component libraries, you will define principles and workflows that help teams build consistent, accessible, and thoughtful user experiences at scale.
This role involves partnering with Brand, Product, and Engineering to align expressive design with technical implementation. You will also explore AI-driven tooling to reduce repetitive work and accelerate the design-to-build process.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the design system to create a strong, shared foundation
- Define patterns and standards for cohesive and well-crafted experiences
- Partner with Brand, Product, and Engineering to align design and build
- Create tools and workflows that enable teams to build at scale
- Explore AI and new tooling to speed up design and iteration
- Raise standards for craft, consistency, and accessibility across products
What you'll need
- Strong product design experience with focus on design systems or platforms
- Exceptional attention to craft with strong interaction and visual skills
- Systems thinking ability to turn complexity into scalable solutions
- Deep collaboration experience with Engineering and technical fluency
- Ability to partner across Brand and Product to connect expression and function
- Natural leadership skills to create clarity and momentum without rigid structure
- Practical and hands-on approach to shipping progress while thinking long-term
- Curiosity about AI and the future of design and build workflows
