You will own the Purse design system as a product, managing its roadmap, governance, and adoption across web, mobile, and tablet platforms. Working with a team of over 40 designers, you will balance long-term strategic vision with practical delivery, ensuring the system scales effectively and remains AI-ready.
The role requires strong craft leadership, where you will personally author components and tokens while mentoring other designers. You will partner closely with Engineering and Design Ops to maintain design-code parity and drive system health metrics.

- Maintain high quality standards for components, tokens, patterns, and accessibility
