You will plan, develop, test, and maintain software applications and reusable components for marketing websites and intranets. The team focuses on delivering consistent, accessible, and scalable user experiences using modern web technologies and AEM.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy high-quality software solutions meeting business and UX requirements
- Develop reusable Design System components, tokens, and documentation
- Build responsive front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Translate Figma designs into accessible, production-ready code implementations
- Provide Java and AEM development support for components and integrations
- Execute unit, integration, and accessibility testing to ensure reliability
- Support Angular, iOS, and Android teams in adopting Design System foundations
- Mentor junior and mid-level team members and share knowledge
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of software development experience with modern web apps
- Advanced skills in semantic HTML, CSS/Sass, JavaScript, and React/Angular/Vue
- Significant Java and Adobe Experience Manager development experience
- Experience building reusable Design System components and documentation
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508, and ARIA standards
- Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Strong understanding of agile delivery practices and CI/CD workflows
Nice to have
- Master's degree in computer science or engineering
- Knowledge of native mobile Design System concepts for iOS and Android
- Familiarity with Adobe Edge Delivery Services or AI-assisted development
- Experience with headless or hybrid CMS patterns
