You will bridge the gap between SearchApi’s engineering team and the global developer community by creating high-quality technical content. Your primary medium is video, where you will host webinars, tutorials, and shorts that demonstrate the API in action.
Beyond content creation, you will build functional demos, gather user feedback, and represent the brand at conferences and online forums. This role requires a blend of strong coding skills and on-camera presence to drive adoption and trust.
What you'll do
- Host short-form videos, long-form tutorials, and webinars for developers
- Build and demo functional applications using the SearchApi platform
- Secure placement in technical comparisons and industry discussions
- Represent the company at conferences, podcasts, and livestreams
- Collect and relay developer feedback to the product team
- Write technical guides, launch posts, and example code
What you'll need
- Proven ability to build the technical demos you present
- Comfortable and engaging on camera and in public speaking
- Native or C2 level English proficiency
- Professional home recording setup with clean audio and video
- Self-directed workflow with consistent content output
- Portfolio of on-camera technical content you created yourself
Nice to have
- Existing audience or social media following
- Experience giving conference talks or hosting podcasts
- Background in community building via Discord or forums
- Strong video editing skills
- Experience creating content for developer tools or APIs
