This role combines software development with technical support, handling CRM bug fixes, assessment tools, and website maintenance. You will support internal teams by ensuring CRM stability, managing integrations, and leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and resolve issues efficiently.
What you'll do
- Resolve CRM bugs and manage fields, filters, and permissions
- Maintain assessment tools, landing pages, and web applications
- Diagnose email, SMS, and calendar integration issues
- Integrate AI connectors into workflows for marketing leadership
- Conduct daily structured hand-offs with the IT Leader
- Test solutions in safe environments before production deployment
What you'll need
- 3+ years in technical support, web dev, or automation
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Proficiency with Git, Linux commands, and MongoDB
- Ability to diagnose REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
- Native-like advanced English communication skills
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign or Calendly
- Familiarity with Nylas, AirCall, or read.ai
- Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor for coding

How you'll work
