You will define the strategy for engaging developers, researchers, and enterprises who seek more control over their AI systems. Your focus is on creating authentic connections between users and the Adaption team through structured programs and events.
The work includes building community infrastructure from the ground up, managing ambassador programs, and organizing hackathons or meetups. You will collaborate with technical and marketing teams to turn user feedback into actionable insights while scaling community operations.
What you'll do
- Define strategy for supporting developers and researchers using Adaption
- Build and maintain community spaces like Discord servers and forums
- Manage the ambassador program including recruitment and onboarding
- Organize meetups, hackathons, office hours, and live streams
- Partner with universities and open-source groups to co-host events
- Highlight user projects through case studies and guest talks
- Create automations to scale community operations efficiently
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams on feedback loops
What you'll need
- 2-3 years of experience in a community lead role
- Track record of engaging technical users effectively
- Strong operational skills for building scalable processes
- Excellent written communication for social platforms
- Experience organizing developer events from start to finish
- Genuine empathy and curiosity for developer workflows
