As a Developer Advocate, you will champion Factory’s technology within the open-source ecosystem. You will build relationships with key stakeholders, produce educational content, and organize events to demonstrate how Factory’s Droids accelerate development practices.
What you'll do
- Contribute to external open-source projects to showcase Factory’s capabilities
- Build relationships with stakeholders in AI companies and tech partners
- Plan and execute hackathons, workshops, and meetups for developers
- Create technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, and case studies
- Relay community feedback to product teams to guide development
What you'll need
- Background in software development or developer relations
- At least three years of experience engaging with open-source communities
- Proven track record in organizing developer-centric events
- Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and modern dev tools
- Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging narratives
