Join Clair's engineering team to build secure, high-performance infrastructure that enables millions of hourly workers to access their earnings instantly. You will architect cloud solutions, drive reliability, and support complex data and AI environments within an embedded finance platform.
What you'll do
- Architect and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform
- Monitor system reliability and performance via Grafana and Sentry
- Manage specialized environments for AI, data science, and ML workloads
- Implement technical controls for SOC2 and PCI DSS compliance
- Develop internal tools to support cross-functional teams
- Oversee AI integrations and maintain internal AI tools
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong expertise in infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
- Solid coding background with willingness to work in PHP/Laravel
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Proven ability to manage infrastructure for AI/ML workloads
- Strong security mindset and focus on compliance
Nice to have
- Experience handling SOC2 or PCI DSS compliance audits
- Background in fast-paced startup environments
- Willingness to travel periodically for team meetings
