Join Air Apps as a DevOps Engineer focused on backend systems. You will design automated infrastructure, streamline deployments, and ensure service reliability for their global user base. This position requires working from the Lisbon office alongside cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Deploy containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks
- Enforce security best practices including logging and vulnerability management
- Optimize cloud resource usage for cost-effectiveness and scalability
What you'll need
- Three or more years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Experience with cloud services and serverless computing environments
- Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Solid knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and security
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go for automation tasks
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
