You will design static and carousel ads, transforming case studies and raw assets into platform-native creative. Working closely with performance marketers, you will use data to refine designs and ensure they resonate across multiple global markets.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design from brief to export for paid social
- Create meaningfully different executions for Meta Andromeda
- Refine raw creator content and screenshots into polished ads
- Analyze performance data to guide future creative decisions
- Pitch new formats and challenge briefs with fresh ideas
- Build reusable templates and components in Figma
- Adapt layouts and imagery for over ten global markets
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of design experience in-house, agency, or freelance
- Strong fundamentals in type, layout, hierarchy, and color
- Deep understanding of Meta Andromeda and creative diversity
- Ability to interpret performance data for creative iteration
- Fluency in Figma and comfort with Adobe Suite
- Instinct for capturing attention in busy social feeds
- Organized workflow capable of juggling multiple projects
Nice to have
- Experience designing landing pages or conversion-focused web
- Background in health, wellness, or finance sectors
