Hopper seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead the customer-facing agent for HTS Assist, an agentic AI solving travel issues via chat and voice. You will own the end-to-end experience, from conversation design to interface implementation, serving major global travel brands.
This design-leaning role requires daily decision-making on user flows and interfaces. You will collaborate closely with partner design teams and internal designers to shape how millions of travelers interact with the product.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for conversational agents across chat and voice channels
- Set quality standards for voice latency, turn-taking, and ASR/TTS performance
- Translate enterprise partner needs into unified product requirements
- Create flows and wireframes directly in Figma alongside design teams
- Build functional prototypes using AI coding tools to test concepts
- Define agent behavior policies including escalation and guardrails
- Monitor metrics like resolution rate and containment to drive improvements
What you'll need
- 8+ years in product management with principal or lead ownership
- Direct experience shipping production voice products like IVR or voice bots
- Deep knowledge of ASR/TTS tradeoffs and latency budgets
- Proficiency in Figma for creating mocks and flows independently
- Ability to write code for prototypes without engineering dependency
- Hands-on front-end development experience for web interfaces
- Experience managing enterprise clients in regulated industries
- Familiarity with LLM-based products and prompt design practices
